DEVlink develops engineering software and test hardware that engineers rely on to verify vehicles and charging systems. Our customers trust our results, our licences and our updates. This policy sets out how we earn that trust.
We commit to:
- Deliver what we promise. We understand and confirm each customer's requirements before we commit. We deliver tested, traceable releases and support them for the support period we have stated.
- Build security in. We develop our products securely, handle vulnerabilities openly and quickly, provide security updates free of charge, and meet our reporting duties under the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Protect information. We protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our own information and of the information our customers and partners entrust to us, including signing keys, source code and customer data. Controls are based on risk.
- Reduce our environmental impact. We prevent pollution and reduce our environmental impact across the life cycle of our products: we design hardware for compliance with substance restrictions, for long service life and for responsible end of life, choose suppliers with care, and limit energy use and travel. We consider the effects of climate change on our business.
- Meet our obligations. We comply with applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements and the other requirements we have agreed to.
- Improve continually. We set measurable objectives for quality, the environment and information security, review them at least once a year, and learn from mistakes, incidents, audits and feedback.
- Make it everyone's job. Everyone who works for DEVlink knows this policy and their part in it, and reports problems, incidents and ideas without fear of blame.
Top management provides the resources to meet this policy and reviews it at least once a year.

Scope
Development, licensing, delivery and support of engineering software and associated test hardware for simulation, verification and EV-charging communication (ISO 15118 / DIN 70121), together with design and supply of the ChargeLink HLC hardware via external manufacturers, and related engineering services; and development of a self-hosted management-system kit for small companies (in development; first deliveries to pilot customers planned 2027).
The final wording is agreed with the certification body.
Certification status
DEVlink is building one management system for ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO/IEC 27001 (information security). We will not claim certification until an accredited certification body has issued a certificate.
We are not certified yet. Certification audit planned for 2027.
